Arch-Mage

The title of Arch-Mage is the highest position within the Circle of the Silver Owl. The Arch-Mage traditionally gets a seat on the High Council and also is in charge of the general direction the Guild takes. Arch-Mage also has discretion to give instructions to the Owl Knights.
