Dwarf

Dwarves look much like Humans, though short of stature and very stocky in their build. They have a natural talent towards craft, especially working with stone, metals and gems. Dwarves caved out great mines under the mountains searching for materials to use. While they tend to be isolationist, Dwarves built a good relationship with humanity and many dwarves ended up migrating into human cities and living along side them.

While short in stature, dwarves have very dense muscles and surprising strength for their size, they also have good stamina and can continue hard labour for long periods of time without rest.
