Eleazar

Known as the one who formed and designed the Nomad Elves, then presenting them to the creator. Eleazar is the Archon over the light of the sun, many cultures (Nomads in particular) believe the sun is in fact a manifestation of Eleazar himself. Nomads consider Eleazar to be harsh, but fair in his actions. He is also often portrayed as a great warrior with dark skin, wielding a sword made of light and holding a cup of water. Eleazar is said to have a strong hatred for Vampires and other nocturnal beasts, as they disturb the calm of night. Many say this is why such beasts fear and are harmed by the light of the sun, as if Eleazar is smiting them himself.
