Serah is a Nomad lady who seems to run the Gold Stallion tavern in Merchant's Rest.
She has left her old life within her Tribe to settle in Fremilan, finding herself a niche she feels comfortable in.
There are rumours that she is a person who 'knows people', though no ties to any unlawful activities have ever been proven and the locals of Merchant's Rest seem to like her and her establishment.
