Cleric

Clerics are divine servants, who wield magic on behalf of their church and their deities. Magi, they often stand apart from fellow magic wielders because of their faith and commitments to their church.
Many clerics are devoted to a particular domain that is represented by their deity or church. The general domains within Chaia are listed in the Deities article. Beside these domains are listed deities under whose purview that domain lies. When creating a cleric this is often a helpful way to pick a deity. Career

Qualifications

Clerics are often trained for years in churches, studying religious texts and spell craft. Some clerics also study at colleges such as those at Moonwall University.

Perception

Social Status

Clerics play a very important role in society. Their spells are specially equipped to support civilization. As such, they are often well-respected no matter where they travel. However, religious tensions can see clerics persecuted if they find themselves among populaces which are hostile to their faith.
