Eskin Jivo
Eskin Jivo is a Colonel in the Delian military. A Delian native and the son of two high-ranking military officers, Jivo is a "military man" through and through. He is a decorated soldier, having earned some fame and honors in skirmishes with pirates on both land and sea up and down the Dorsia Von border. Colonel Jivo is currently tasked with the overall management and execution of the defense of Saebia's eastern border following the signing of the Saebia-Delos Defense Initiative.
