Scourge Donovan
Rough, terse, quick to anger and slow to forget. Donovan has been the Scourge of Chicago since the Prince created the position over a decade ago and he takes his duties very seriously.
Those who pay attention place his Embrace in the 1910s, in Chicago. Those Kindred who were around at the time don't discuss the event.
His first (or last?) name is unknown.

General Physical Condition
Short of Sheriff Maxwell Hearst Donovan may be the most physically threatening Kindred in Chicago. He is certainly the most naturally intimidating.

Whether Donovan has any animalistic features is unknown, but he goes to great lengths to avoid being physically touched.

Personal history
At the time of the Gangrel Secession from the Camarilla, Donovan was the oldest of his Clan who stayed in town. In recognition of his standing and his loyalty, Prince Reinhold Fisher offered to create the position of Scourge to both reward him and give him reason to stick around. Donovan accepted.
Donovan spends most nights on patrol. He hits points of entry, both common and uncommon, in a variable routine throughout the week. New arrivals are questioned carefully, undesirables are handled according to their station. Those with significant standing are asked, politely, to wait outside the city until the Prince's permission is obtained. Those with no standing, or the thin-blooded, are dispatched on sight at Donovan's discretion.
