Aggie Hall
Aggie Hall is a recreational building located at the corner of First Avenue and Symonds Street in Ladysmith. The hall was constructed in 1922, a hundred years before the Blacklight Event took the town of Ladysmith to the Pactlands.
Purpose / Function
Aggie Hall's main purpose has always been for community recreational use. It is available for special events such as weddings, flea markets, dances, concerts and other live performances. It is notable for having been visited by legendary performers such as Roy Orbison and Jerry Lee Lewis.
After the Blacklight Event, the Ladysmith Emergency Committee decided to move regular meetings to Aggie Hall as there was not enough space to facilitate the townspeople who wished to attend.
