Tithings

When the Voices are active, the Chromanexus flourishes. As powers over existence, the very efforts you make to create memories entitles you to a share of them. A taste, perhaps, of experiences yet to come. You, just like us, are permitted to share these boons with your beloved creations.

Tithings are a community reward system, using the server's monthly activity as a basis for earnings. Lauren keeps track of your individual posts (separately from your Divine Rank), applies a "level" based on your post count, then combines that activity level with everyone else's on the server. The end result dictates what everyone earns as a credit for their combined activity.
The reward received is player based, similar to GM Compensation as detailed in We are the Voices - GM Guidelines. That is to say, players receive the rewards, then decide how to distribute those rewards across their characters. If you only have one character, you give it all to that character. If you have ten characters, you can choose to give it all to one character or split it up across each of those ten characters. The choice as yours, as long as the total distributed does not exceed the end-of-month reward.
When rewards are posted (in the xp-and-rewards channel):

• All players gain a number of Chromatite Fragments (Common) equal to the Tithing Score.
• At certain milestones (based on the number of active players each month), the type of Chromatite may be upgraded, in addition to receiving other rewards..
• Once all gifts have been redeemed, everyone's contribution levels will be reset to 0, permitting a new count to begin.

Occasionally, during seasonal events on the server, additional rewards and milestones may be offered in honor of the spirits who support them!

• Tier 1. You gain Chromatite Fragments equal to the Tithing Score, and a pat on the back. Thanks for playing!
• Tier 2. You gain Chromatite Shards (Uncommon) instead.
• Tier 3. You gain Chromatite Chunks (Rare) instead.
• Tier 4. You gain Chromatite Slabs (Very Rare) instead.
• Tier 5. You gain Pure Chromatite (Legendary) equal to the Tithing Score divided by 10, plus a bonus Ruby Tear to commemorate the server's achievement!
