Based on Candelkeep from the Forgotten Realms setting as well as a bit of inspiration/influence from The Archives at The University from The Kingkiller Chronicles novels by Patrick Rothfuss

It is overseen by the Maester Scribe, Lorren Elres, an Order of Scribes Wizard who also sits on the Council of Maesters of The Citadel

After Maester Elres, the structure of The Library follows what is found in Candlekeep Mysteries¹ except that the Keeper of Tomes is not the governor but is the Maester Scribe's lieutenant.²
