Tolteka (TOLL-tey-KAH)

The result of a pairing between a Human and Oroka, the Tolteka are known by their Orokan name, the People of the Broken Tusk. Not quite as rare as the Nuaan, the Tolteka are a people without a culture or home of their own. Born into either Orokan or Human society, the Tolteka adopt the culture of their parent.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Tolteka average around 6 feet tall, with powerful builds and greenish or grayish skin. Their canine teeth often grow long enough to protrude from their mouths, and these "tusks," combined with heavy brows and slightly pointed ears, give them their notoriously bestial appearance.

Ecology and Habitats

Tolteka can be found in most biomes on Solia, though in much smaller numbers than their parent species. Their ideal environment is subtropical to temperate.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Tolteka are omnivorous, though individual dietary choices are as varied as the culture in which they are raised. Many Tolteka speak to craving cooked meat, even those who have adopted a herbivorous dietary habit.
