Hola! I'm Martita Rodriguez. I'm a proud mom of three wonderful children and married to my loving husband Hernando Rodriguez. We've been together for over 20 years and still going strong.
I grew up in a small town in Mexico with my parents and two siblings. After high school, I moved to the United States to pursue a better life and landed in California. There, I worked a variety of odd jobs before meeting Hernando, who was a civil engineer at the time. We fell in love and got married a few years later.
Currently, I work at a local pub in town as a bartender. I love my job, especially interacting with people and hearing their stories. It's always fascinating to me how different everyone's journey can be.
My eldest son, Pancho, is now 17 and is working as a warehouse manager. I'm proud of his hard work and determination. My second son, Luciano, is 14 and is currently in high school. He loves playing soccer and is very talented at it. Finally, my youngest daughter, Calista, is 9 and she loves animals, particularly reptiles. We have a pet snake, called Basil, and she loves taking care of it.
When I'm not working, I enjoy cooking traditional Mexican dishes for my family and friends. I also enjoy gardening and growing my own herbs and vegetables. I find it very relaxing and rewarding. In my free time, I enjoy watching classic movies and reading historical novels.
One of my quirky habits is that I love collecting vintage aprons. I find them very charming and they remind me of my grandmother who always wore one when cooking. I have a collection of over 50 aprons and love showing them off to guests who come over to our home.
