The Bright Lord leads his forces in an invasion of the Faewylds. The invasion ends in failure but hundreds of thousands die.
The Adventure club makes a five-day journey from Granny Nog's farm to Beaver Brook. They see the spread of the Malicor plague and all the Blight Walkers. They travel through the portal into the Faewylds.
Morbus Cultists unleash an enchanted strain of Malichor into Greenhaven. Within hours the dead rise again and the city is overrun by Blight Walkers.
The Adventure Club face off against Baba Yaga and her demonic child. With the aid of Aelswith, they are able to destroy Baba Yaga once and for all. They then return to Taal's Horn.
Accompanied by Aelswith, the Adventure Club travel to the Tomb of Morbus, under Mount Morbus in the Faewylds. They descend into the tomb and realise that Aelswith is infected with Blight. The Herald ambushes them and kills Aelswith, making her the final sacrifice to bring Morbus back. Aelswith's infected body is consumed by the Blight and become the Avatar of Morbus. The Adventure Club destroyed the Herald with the lantern but is unable to stop the return of Morbus as they fight an infected Elder Terror which breaks through into the Faewylds during the ritual. The group is able to slay the beast. In the end, Felda Felda is able to destroy Morbus once and for all with the Lantern of Hygia. The tomb and mountain begin to collapse but Aledia creates a portal to Mistmarsh enabling their escape. In Mistmarsh they met Tooth and his gang before the meeting Ceryx, the Herald of Olympia. Ceryx takes the lantern and returns it to Hygia who purifies all the realms of any remaining Blight. The Adventure Club are then sent to their homes by Ceryx.
Following the events of the Second Blight, the Faewylds was forever changed. The Cultist of Morbus The remaining Cultists of Morbus were hunted down and executed by the Guardians of the Wylds. Within a generation, all their unholy lore and dark treasures were destroyed. The Fae-Elves Kingdom After the death of Araloth and most of the Fae-Elf army, the Fae-Elves lost their hegemony over the other creatures of the Faewylds. They were forced to open up their settlements more and allow other races to live within their walls. King Sylvanus and Queen Gwaering stepped down from their thrones and disappeared into the green wild. They were replaced with an elected council of Elves who ruled over the remaining elven cities wises for centuries to follow. Legacy of Aelswith Aelswith who had been viewed as a figure to fear for untold millennia became something of a Saint to all the peoples of the Faewylds. Each year on the anniversary of her death her life and achievements were celebrated. A great garden was built over the ruins of Mount Morbus in her honour. Closing the Portals A conservative group of Elves, who blamed the loss of elven power on outsiders, destroyed the remaining realm gates, almost completely cutting off the Faewylds from the rest of the mortal realms. The Temple of Hygia In the years following the final destruction of Morbus, Hygia was worshipped once more and temples in her honour were built in every city and settlement of the Faewylds. Felda Felda, Brand, Don and Aleida all became patron Saints of Hygia. Mosstone Outpost Mosstone the golem's outpost became a large town after a few decades. She survived as the unelected mayor and landlord of the settlement, charging her tenant's vast amounts of rent. Her tyranny was finally ended where a mob of Halflings chased her out of her own town. The New Boroughs Tabs Trickett led the surviving Halflings to a new homeland in the Faewylds. There the halfling and nomes founded the New Kingdom of the Boroughs. Tabs was made the King of the New Boroughs but had his people elected a council for day to day rule, allowing him time to build and work a forge. The Burning Crusade of the Green Empire A tribe of feral orcs, who worshipped a lizard god of fire created a vast empire in the wylds, burning and conquering the other feral orc tribes. In the end, they destroyed themselves when their burnt their entire empire to the ground in a national ritual sacrifice.
