Divine Planar Realm of Gregaia, God of Nature
A massive, sprawling realm of titanic dire oak trees that spiral miles into the sky, vast open plains where animals dart and roam freely, and thick forests where the game and bounties of nature spill forth unending, The Primordial Wilds are the domain of Gregaia and, occasionally, other nature deities. Gregaia himself lives in the Hearthoak, the biggest oak tree in all the realm situated in the center of a massive glade of even bigger Dire Oak trees. Here, the faithful of Gregaia as well as all manner of animal, beast or creature, each said to be the spirit of an identical creature that was killed on the Material Plane at one point in the past, run free and wild, hunting and living their lives as they wish as they all live in perfect harmony, man living in tune with nature as Gregaia's disciples never falter in their duty to maintain the cycle of nature as they hunt and live. Songs and tales often echo through the trees and across the plains, as the Lord of the hunt is said to treasure such things more than anything else...and on many nights in this realm, his followers and even the animals and beasts there can be heard singing in beautiful harmony, telling each other tales of their lives, their deeds, and of things they heard while they yet lived, man conversing freely with beast.
Geography
The Primordial Wilds are a Plane of unending natural beauty, full of lush forests, gentle rolling hills, glittering and untainted lakes, streams, and oceans and large open plains. Here the days and nights advance in carefully planned cycles similar to the material plane as trees and plants grow up around hills, up the sides of mountains, and down into expansive valleys...the lands here are full of variety and life and each biome sings its own unique song and goes through its own cycles and lives.
The temperature and the climate in this Plane varies from place to place within it, ranging from cool and breezy on the open plains to humid and muggy in the rainforests that dot the countryside.
Fauna & Flora
All manner of life lives within The Primordial Wilds...from massive megafauna like the great Hearthoak Gregaia himself is said to reside in that stands miles tall, its branches like the limbs of a great titan stretching up into the clouds and across the sky to the small rabbits, deer, bears, and even the titanic dire animals that dwell deep within the forest. The plants here grow wildly and without restraint without ever growing too rapidly and choking the nearby life of nutrients...even as massive trees poke into the clouds, blades of grass reach so high it becomes a maze and leaves grow so large as to be used as Umbrellas, they exist in harmony with their surroundings and eventually die to continue the cycle of life.
The Fauna that inhabit this Plane are said to be the spirits of creatures that died to hunts or attacks since the beginning of time itself, given an afterlife here in The Primordial Wilds with the blessing of Gregaia so they may live forever in peace within the forests, hills, and plains here...talking and communing with the sentient creatures faithful to Gregaia in life who have come here as their eternal reward, these animals, though they may be hunted during their lives here, soon come back to life and thus keep the balance alive within the Plane.
Natural Resources
The Primordial Wilds are rich in natural resources...from wood, grain, and stone to all manner of animals and life, none here want for anything...assuming they can hunt and make it themselves.
