Additionally, you can replicate the effects of a rumormonger spell by concentrating for one full minute and gain 10ft to your base land speed.

History

Born from his relationship with Sturgeon, The Tidemother, Círzithara was born cursed with Uttercold, and due to its extreme danger, she had to be sequestered away into an entirely separate planar dimension where she could be kept isolated from the rest of Reality, lest her Uttercold freeze everything and render all Reality lifeless and frozen.
Though she does care for her father, eons spent locked in her planar cage have eroded her love for her parents and replaced it with a bleak melancholy.

History

In the ancient days of reality when all was fresh, the two nature gods were close and all was well, and were dedicated to upholding the natural world and all that lived within it through their opposing yet unified ways of doing so. In time however, Oa'Chai(Though she known in those times by a different yet long-forgotten name), in a bid to take full control of nature from her more chaotic husband so that all could act according to law and order, committed the first act of betrayal and staged a coup in her own pantheon...though it came close to success, she and all who followed her failed and were cast out, into the deep dark of The World Below and was sealed away forever.
Even since, the two have warred unending and have longed to erase the other, to erase the shameful past of the other.

Relationship Reasoning

Though the two once may have shared favorable opinions of one another, they have both long since fallen into utter hatred of each other after Oa'Chai committed the first act of betrayal when she betrayed her ex-husband, Gregaia, and tried to usurp control of the natural world from as she led the ancient Elven Pantheon in an attack on him to try and kill him.
Ever since, the two have hated each other and warred against each other at every possible opportunity.
