Forced to meet on neutral ground for a peace treaty, the High Human envoys are unable to resist the smothering pheremones of the Scalequeen and fall under her mental domination, and are forced to accept humiliating and lopsided terms of defeat.

Unable to sustain their assault against the Aenorian Empire, the Hegemony is all but forced to capitulate to the demands of the High Lamia, surrendering the war and meeting on neutral ground to discuss their terms of surrender. At the meeting, the High Human delegation from their floating citadels and sky empire falls under the sway of the Scalequeen's smothering pheremones, their minds broken by her as the Scalequeen forces the Hegemony to accept humiliating terms of defeat, such as the surrendering of all citizens and bases and locations of power on the surface, a promise to never instigate a war against the Aenorian Empire gain, monthly tributes to the Aenorian Empire of thousands of sentient creatures, and more. The High Human delegation is humiliated and allowed to return to the sky in defeat.
