Orlanda Islands

A cluster of a half dozen large and many small or tiny islands to the Northwest of the Windy Sea entrance. The native Orlanders are a hardy people that survive by fishing, sheep herding, collecting walrus ivory and raiding. The Orlanders live in stockaded villages. They have reputations for building well designed and sturdy ships. These are typically single sailed with a single deck. Orlanders often work as mercenaries in the lands of the north. Orlander women have a reputation for witchcraft. Each village will have a witch who will have several apprentices.
