Admiral

An Admiral is one of the highest ranking positions within COU. They are most often in control of a planet under Consolidated Outland rule, otherwise it is an honorary title or they are in command of the interplanetary fleet.
An Admiral is a hereditary title, passed down within the family. Most often these titles were given to elves but this is not exclusive as COU territory varies from location to location. In some cases the title was transferred to a different family or individual due to circumstances.
