Admiral Arbane Helexalim (a.k.a. Karsus)

Karsus is the current ruling Admiral of Tamosh. He named himself after Lord Karsus, an elven mage who caused the spellplague. He rules with an iron fist of Tamosh from his throne within Braavos. He has imposed many rules on the planet of Braavos. Having a great amount of support from the iron bank paired with mandatory military service for all proxy states creates a strong military rule. Whilst his ruling is strict, it's not very limiting. People are free to perform any professions they'd like as long as their taxes and duties are honored. He however is strongly set on his personal agenda, maintaining control and taking revenge on SOSA.
