Kingdom of Litticala
The Kingdom of Litticala is a country founded in 136 BGE by Anaïs dolo Cando I. Its territories stretch along the eastern coast of the continent, with the Serpenti Mountains marking a natural border with the Naleedite Confederacy. It is bordered to the east by the Makeyan Sea. The capital and largest city is Coromare, located at the mouth of the River Cando.
Geographically, the Kingdom is divided between the Highlands and the Wetlands. The Highlands to the south are dominated by the Cistrelles Mountain range, while the northern part of the kingdom consists largely of saltwater marshes and low, rolling hills.
Government
The Kingdom of Litticala is an absolute hereditary monarchy, ruled by the direct descendants of Anaïs dolo Cando I. The line of succesion to the throne follows absolute primogeniture, although this practice was not always observed in the early years of the Kingdom. The laws of the Kingdom permit a regent in the event of a monarch who is a minor, with the role falling to the next eligible person in the line of succession who is of age. At the time of King Melchiorre's death, the line of succession had shrunk to a single member. As a result, his consort Lucetta ruled as regent until their son, Nicolau II came of age. The current ruler is Queen Fioralba dolo Cando, who has reigned since 496 GE.Current Line of Succession
