Blowfish

Blowfish is a powerful figure who has mastered the ancient power of resonance. He also goes by the title Master Blowfish or "Papa Fu." Blowfish is extremely selective about the pupils he takes on, and even accepting a student does not guaruntee they will survive the rigors of mastering resonance. Some of his pupils include Nasser Graham and Sun Guan Yu.
Until recently, he was the proprieter of Papa Fu's Flying Nightclub, a dancing club built from a Ryllian ruin flying over the wastes of Mong Bal. However, a hopeful student named Kylia confronted him there in hopes of extracting the secrets of resonance from him. Blowfish managed to kill Kylia, but her cousin Jaime snuck into the nightclub to recover her body and crashed the entire establishment to the ground.
