Boris Decland

Boris Decland was the birth name of Helix, abandoned when he joined The Dark Home Crew. His brother, Ulys Decland, later took up the name as both a tribute to the brother he believed dead and to take advantage of his position among the Scalfi Shaman.
He is the leader of a Scalfi revolutionary movement set on reclaiming the Ioan moons that the Koan Empire originally gave the Scalfi after the destruction of Tyrant: Autumn, Zen, and Trys. Although, he is not above taking his conquests further to ensure a prosperous future for the Scalfi people.
Decland encountered his brother in Lion City, but their reunion was hardly a happy one. Insensed at discovering Helix willingly served under the Homyn Captain who killed their brother, Decland denounced Helix and usurped the name he had once taken as a tribute.
