Mano

Mano is the High Fisher of the Moku people and one of its three rulers. He leads the tribe during the fishing season or when they travel through leviathan-infested waters. To earn his title, Mano swam all the way around Nimbus. Now he captures and trains sharks, which act as a sort of navy for the city; scouting out far away locations, catching food, and even repelling invaders.
More progressive than most Moku, Mano was the original Moku leader who agreed to submit to Homyn annexation. When not leading the tribe, he runs the shark market where he tames stone sharks caught by others and offers swimming lessons. Itthis made use of Mano's services to raise his Stone Shark that he saved as a pup in the Moku Statuary.
