Hartzonell

Hartzonell is the God of Earth and Sky, creator of all things that are and will be. He created the vessels that would hold the gift of life; including the many animals, trees, and races throughout the Planes. He bends the world’s climates and weather to his will and rules over all things material, worldly and secular. Worshipped by the faithful, he is given tribute by those who deal in mortal affairs; such as craftsmen, sailors, soldiers, traders, and hunters.

Ancient texts describe Hartzonell in various ways ranging from Elf to Dwarf; the tales surrounding him shifting from culture to culture. When the first religious council formed, however, it was agreed that the representation of Hartzonell would be Human: what other race could create the vast beauty of the Elven race and still appreciate the brutality of Orcs?
