The Seer

The Seer is who holds the throne in Odrana. 
Since Odrana's beginnings, the Yerith family has held the thrown, passing down arcana and religion with each offspring.

Appointment

There is a ceremony for crowning a new Seer, typically one Seer blessing the next, and crowning them in front of the city.
