Odrana
The country of Odrana covers a vast area of grassland, forest, and mountains. The capital, Port Culbury, works as the hub of commerce and trade, while the southern port town, Bhuzog acts as a military port city.
Odrana originally broke off from the Empire in the Fourth Era due to disagreement among the country's deities, and immediately went under the Yerith Dynasty, who still rule over the country to this day. The country proudly calls Bahamut its deity but does not punish those who worship other lawful aligned deities. The biggest demographic hailing from Odrana is the elf population, mostly wood, and dark elves, however, there are also large groups of orcs, halflings, and dragonborns
Alvona Yerith was the first Seer in Odrana, a title created by and for the Yerith family and its descendants. Alvona was originally a member of The Blessed Assembly before resigning her post to set out and discover what eventually would be the island of Odrana, with the aid and directions coming from Bahamut himself. Alvona assisted in the creation of the Council of Ghamid, but the council was dismissed by her great-grandson Airlel. Airlil Yerith was the father of the current Seer, Adriel Yerith. He held the throne until 12E, 72Y, and at that point Adriel took the throne. Airlil passed away in 12E, 89Y.
During the Fourth Era, a new development in governmental reign was introduced, a mages council to protect and innovate Odrana's arcane roots called the Council of Ghamid. During their most prominent years, they built a mages' school named Pyrus School of the Arcane, bringing in well-trained mages from across Creostrana. While seats of the council were changing, a handful of mages fell under the power of Vecna, who of which was named an illegal deity from the beginning of Odrana's start. By the Ninth Era, the council was disbanded due to corruption and misconduct among the mages in power. The country's landscape is dense with forests and mountains, making it difficult to be infiltrated or attacked by outside forces. It has a warm climate and rarely sees snowfall unless up in the mountains. In the present day, Odrana prides itself on humane laws, law enforcement, and second chances. The economy is booming due to the giant fishing exports of the port cities, Bhuzog and Port Culbury. Bahamut continues to be their deity, however, citizens are not punished for worshiping other lawful deities. Odrana has not seen war since 12E, 68Y and continues to rule as a peaceful country.
