Gnome in charge of the Observatory as the rest of the staff is dead or gone, technically a Prisoner but as he knows the ins and outs of the keep, he is merely under supervision

With the two attacks on the Observatory, Maesotades is the highest-ranking member of the staff, and is responsible for the behavior of: 

• The Two captured Dravini guards: (Nazim Hasanov, and Elxan Linsk)
• The 3 mages: (Orubar, Sakib Begovic, Folna Fiddlerest)
• The 5 servants: (Maesotades, Ubbi, Marley, Arun, Meda)

Activities:

As Maesotades was traveling with the Dwarves for a while, he managed to arrange a way to communicate. This is achieved by a duo of dwarves traveling to the Observatory and retrieving a note stashed behind a secret door.
