Andrew Donaldson

One of the victims of Operation Sweet Lips. Donaldson was the chief operations officer of DARPA before he was replaced by a duplicate. The duplicate Donaldson was one of the main planners of the ill-fated Operation_Soul_Diver which ended in the destruction of New Delta City. The connections between the duplicate Donaldson and the ARASAKA Corporation remain unclear.
