Operation Sweet Lips

Operation "Sweet Lips" was the plot to replace key memebers of the United States armed forces with duplicates. One of these replacements, Andrew Donaldson, was the chief of operation for DARPA and a key person involved in the missile strike on New Delta City. The operation was funded and planned by the Japanese government and carried out by the terrorist organization HYOZAN.
