Dali'ra's Charter of Independence

Dali'ra's charter of independence was carved into the World Pillar and signaled the end of the coalition war of Dali'ra. Its three most important clauses were:

1. 100 years of peace between the signatories and Dali'ra
2. The World Pillar is declared an important wonder of the world, it must be protected and may not be harmed
3. While Dali'ra stands Réskehol will remain open and demilitarized

However it contains many more smaller clauses.
It was written by Saelna Erni'en, overseen by Prophet Aktar, and edits from the coalition's side were done by VII. Marnon Hobbar.

Purpose

To end the war and stop the destruction of the World Pillar that could come with it.

History

The original charter of independence was carved into the World Pillar itself, but paper copies have been made since.

Legacy

It legitimized the government of Dali'ra.

Term

The peace treaty lasts for 100 years after it has been signed. The World Pillar's protection clause lasts indefinitely.
