Sehanine Moonbow

(a.k.a. The Moonweaver)

Elven god of the moon, the stars, love, and autumn, Sehanine is currently the second most powerful member of the elven pantheon, behind Corellon. She is frequently worshipped by elves, halflings, scouts, the adventurous, and occasionally is seen as a patron god of thieves. She has close ties to both her current lover, Corellon, Melora, and Avandra, as both share similar ideals. She encourages free-spirited nature and preaches against zealotry.
Though she resides in Arvandor, in Arborea, Sehanine is known to wander amongst the upper planes and especially explore the rest of Arborea.

Worship

On the occasions that The Moonweaver communicates with her priests and clerics, it is often in omens and signs, or in the phases of the moon. She is also one of the few gods worshipped by the Firbolgs, amongst Melora and The Raven Queen. She opposes Asmodeus and Zehir, though does not encourage the total destruction of either them or their followers. The quarterstaff is her favoured weapon, her vestments mimic those of Corellon's, appearing in deep midnight blues and silvers, followers of The Moonweaver often sport simple silver jewellery.
