The City

The City is the first are of Londinium to have been bio-domed. It's residents are the most affluent people in Londinium, and thanks to their wealth are able to maintain much of the pretense of the pre-war life.
The City is run by corporate entities known as The Guilds, for which each member of the population works.
Because of the needs of The City it must rely on good relations and the support of the districts, and their pool of cheap labour (the people of Dark Londinium) for its supplies; as such it has used its wealth and influence to install City friendly Governers within the districts.
