Litch Lord

Qualifications

Renown 50 or higher in the Necromancers, Vigor score of 14 or more.

Requirements

You can attain this position only if the previous Litch Lord has died or stepped down. Becoming the Litch Lord requires you to claim the position and maintain your title against any challengers. It isn’t unusual for competing claims among would-be Litch Lords to be resolved by combat … or assassination.

Appointment

Once all other challengers have been killed, the single person remaining is annointed the new Litch Lord. This is a formal cermony performed within the Conclave.

Responsibilities

They are responsible for governing Necropolis with the aid of the Death Knights who serve as advisors.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

The only way that their rule can be challenged is with combat. Proving that the challenger is better suited to rule Necropolis and thus qualified to denounce the current Litch Lord. These challenges are always to the death.

History

When Toutatis Su'en Allaway founded Necropolis, they gave themselves this title and declared the manner in which their rule could be challenged.
