Necropolis
Amidst the chaos and decay, a new city emerged from the wreckage, embracing a radical and unorthodox philosophy. In this burgeoning society, Zombies were not viewed as mere threats but as a resource to be harnessed and integrated into daily life. The city's leaders, driven by a pragmatic and ruthless vision, repurposed the Zombies as tools for labor, security, and even energy production. This Dark new order welcomed anyone who sought refuge and was willing to accept the city's macabre ethos, promising safety and opportunity to those who embraced the unconventional and the ominous. As the city thrived on this unorthodox integration, it grew into a stark testament to humanity's adaptability and the complex interplay of survival and morality in a world forever altered by The Fall.
Diplomacy
Demographics
All the races are equally represented within this settlement other than the Morphers which are rare within the world. There is no general preference given to any of the races as they are seen as being equally human.
Government
The settlement is ruled by the Necromancers.
Defences
The farm lands serve as a buffer between the settlement and the "wild" regions. The Outskirts serve as another buffer to Necropolis Proper. In this way, when a zombie attack occurs, it is unlikely to that any of them will reach the vital functions of the settlement. The settlement also has the defense of being on the water which limits the directions that an attack can be made from.
