Personal history
Tragedy: Illness
They cannot fully recover from their condition and must manage it with medication. If properly dosed, no one notices their situation. If they are denied their treatment, they do not recover any Hit Dice after a long rest. Klinefelter Syndrome Klinefelter Syndrome (47, XXY) is a chromosomal variation in males in which one extra X chromosome is present, resulting in a 47,XXY karyotype. The extra X chromosome typically affects physical, neurodevelopmental, behavioral, and neurocognitive functioning. Common physical features may include tall stature, reduced muscle tone, small testes (hypogonadism), delayed pubertal development and lack of secondary male sex characteristics such as decreased facial and body hair. Increased breast growth (gynecomastia) may occur later in puberty without appropriate biological care. With proper treatment, the incidence of gynecomastia typically occurs in less than 10% of boys with 47,XXY (KS). There is great variability to the neurodevelopmental profile or phenotype in boys with 47,XXY (KS). Common cognitive and behavioral features may include speech and language delays, ADHD and emotional and social functioning challenges. The features of 47, XXY (KS) are typically associated with decreased testosterone level and elevated gonadotropin levels. Early hormonal treatment (EHT) with three monthly injections of 25 mg of testosterone enanthate, typically given between 4-12 months of age, may optimize brain development and neurodevelopmental outcomes. Due to the Klinefelter Syndrome, they have developed type 2 diabetes and require insuling injections to maintain their health. They must take their insulin twice a day to keep their blood sugars well comntrolled.Friendship
They are socially akward and have a difficult time making and keeping friendships. They have a difficult time reading body language. They tend to distrust others as they have had the experience of many people not treating them well. This was a major motivation for them seeking power. Because of all of this, the one good friendship (with Vishu) that they have is very important to them and they would never do anything to betray that friendship.Romance
They know their duty and have done their best to provide children so that their ability to use the Dark will be passed on to another generation, but they have not been able to have children. They married Nogu as a political alliance with both understanding that there was value in having them bound together.Windfall: Education Grant
People believe they're smart and threw money their way to develop their skills further. This is how they could afford to attend The Fabrigia Institute and learned the mastery of the Dark. Background: Necromancer
They were born and raised in Necropolis, beginning their alliegance with the Necromancers when they were young. They are a member of a teeming horde — one small part of a sprawling organism. Just as they are part of the swarm, the swarm is part of a larger ecosystem, a never-ending cycle of life, death, rot, and rebirth. They have spent their life in the slow churn of that ecosystem, in the dark places of the world where the messy parts of existence are on display. There is little squeamishness among the Necromancers, no fear of death or taboo about the dead, just a fierce affirmation of the cycle.- Skill Proficiencies: Nature, Survival
- Languages: Choose one (French)
- Equipment: A Necromancer insignia, Posioner's kit, a Fire Beetle, a set of common clothes.

Feature: Undercity Paths
They know hidden, underground pathways that they can use to bypass crowds, obstacles, and observation as they move through Necropolis. When they aren’t in combat, they and companions they lead can travel between any two locations in the settlement twice as fast as their speed would normally allow. The paths of the undercity are haunted by dangers that rarely brave the light of the surface world, so their journey isn’t guaranteed to be safe.Gender Identity

History
Valli found Goronwy floating facedown in the Genesee river, moments from death when they were still a young child. Valli saved Goronwy from the river and quickly discovered their potential with the Dark. Valli contacted people within The Fabrigia Institute to ensure that Goronwy was enrolled. While they are not close and do not often spend time together, this event has bonded them and created a loyalty to each other.
Biases
Positive Bias
They strongly perfer those that they preceive as being frank and honest with them, even if this means being in opposition to their goals, desires or preferences. They will use an insight check to the degree of honesty a person is using. Failing an insight check means that they will be unable to read the person's body language and will default to the assumption that people cannot be trusted. If a character is being honest and frank with them and they pass an insight check to know this then their positive bias will be triggered.Negative Bias
They strongly dislike liars and dishonesty. They will disfavor anyone that is known to be a liar or caught lying to them.Mannerisms
They tend to bare their teeth when they are thinking or casting magic. This is often seen as an aggressive gesture, but for them it is neutral and only indicates intense concentration. They keep a as a pet.
