Leosas II Officially Invites Visitors to Field of Heroes

In a move that enraged his advisors and the Imperial Political Council, Leosas II invites foreign leaders and visitors to come and pay homage to the Field of Heroes and sends out an essay applauding the heroics of the Thalantir and their many acts to improve the world. He laments that the Empire could and should do more for Deabros.
