It is believed by her church that she gathered together the unruly race of gods and demons scattered over higher plains, and gave them laws. Under her reign were the most golden ages, when all mortals were nothing but animals. This was usurped by the other gods wanting worship and granting sentience which only spread pride and rebellion.

In eons passed, Satrura gathered together some of the unruly races scattered over sextillions of worlds, and conquered them. Under her reign all were nothing but animals trying to survive with claw and tooth. This was usurped by the other gods when mortals asked to be freed and thus rebelled. This only half worked as most worlds still were under her rules of survival.
