Personal history

Much of Arkhan's history is currently unknown. Though at one point he came into possession of the Hand of Vecna, a powerful artifact that is slowly corrupting his left side.
Arkhan currently resides within Avernus in The Nine Hells, and seeks to remove Tiamat from her prison, using Vecna's hand.
