Hand of Vecna

The Hand of Vecna is a decaying black left hand, severed at the wrist. The artifact previously belonged to the lich Vecna before it was cut off by Kas the Betrayer a millennia ago.

Attunement

Attunement to this item requires the wielder to remove their left hand and place the Hand of Vecna against the wound, where it grafts itself to the user's left arm. Once attuned, the hand glows blue and takes on the shape of a clawed hand

Properties

Once attuned, the hand grants a variety of properties to its user. The specifics of these properties are currently unknown.
