The world of Delos is interconnected other realities within the multiverse. While there are feasibly infinite worlds out there, there are a few worlds that are confirmed to exist within the multiverse.
Eberron
The world of
Eberron exists somewhere beyond our reality. For a brief period of time, a structural weak point in the fabric of reality allowed
changelings to flee from the
Last War of Eberron and seek refuge in Delos.
Ravenloft
The domains of
Ravenloft exist within this universe as a plane of existence, somewhere between the
Shadowfell and the
Ethereal Plane. Each of the domains exist devoid of space or time, meaning domains coexist within the plane despite being from completely different eras.
Greyhawk
The lands of
Greyhawk are speculative canon to Delos, though it is more likely that
Vecna and the
Circle of Eight originated from Delos instead.
Exandria
The existence of
Exandria is paradoxical in nature as the presence of
Arkhan the Cruel with the
Hand of Vecna implies he originally fled for the world of Exandria, following the events of
Critical Role and its first campaign. However
Matthew Mercer, Marisha Ray, Laura Bailey, Sam Riegel, Liam O'Brien, Travis Willingham, Taliesin Jaffe, and Ashley Johnson have all been shown to exist within the world of Delos itself, playing
Dungeons & Dragons within the
Yawning Portal in
Waterdeep.
