Shorewatchers

Organization of dedicated Tieflings who follow and chase the occurrences of The Returning and make sure these new arrivals bring no ill intent from the waves. Despite their goals, many see their behavior as overzealous and overreaching resulting in resistance from many of the Locals which has resulted in them missing more than a few of these occurrences. These Watchers often travel alone, marked by their signature storm light they carry along, seeking out occurrences after which they regroup and investigate with a small group. Word has it that their ways to deal with these occurrences aren't perfect and that more than one event has ended in a blood-covered beach.
