The Voice of the Crescent Lands

This title has since it's inception alway been held by Females. The duty of the Voice is first and formost to the people of The Crescent Lands, acting as a go-between the people and the Crescent Mayor. With the authority to force the hand of the Mayor is so required. The Voice spends most of their time at The Costiera Opera House where they practice their performances, through which they share new and information to the people of Lucentum. They also play a religous role in the local faith of Milil, god of poetry and song, with them being their arch-priest with the opera house acting as the house of faith.
