Current Voice of the Cresent Lands, due to personal troubles she and the the Mayor (Jolanta Pelowska) can't see eye to eye, which has resulted in many of the local troubles getting neglected and taxes getting raised. This has resulted in various locals taking justice on their own hands. Voice Irena Burda has retreated back into The Costiera Opera House and the doors remain closed.
