Free Lands of Gebrocha

The Free Lands of Gebrocha are, as the name suggests, free lands. Completely anarchical in nature and essentially lawless, Gebrocha is held together only by the strong heads of the Free Lands Council, which seeks only to keep the people of Gebrocha from turning their free Nation into a bloodbath. While, at first glance, many outsiders consider Gebrocha to be no better than The Wilderlands in anarchical nature, the truth is that Gebrocha is held together by very light, commonwealth-related laws that the Free Lands Council works to uphold within each village's territory. Outside of the populated areas, though, Gebrocha is a free-for-all for every race. In fact, anarchy seems to be so popular that Gebrocha is the most diverse country in racial demographics, and the two native species, the Firbolgs and Goliaths, are easily outnumbered by other races.   Gebrocha is a sort of strange Nation that most outsiders don't even attempt to understand. Though no true government exists to hold power and create relations, the Free Lands of Gebrocha are some of the most traveled in the world, and merchants are extremely common within their borders. In fact, most consider Gebrocha the most profitable Nation in the world, though this may be because not a single inhabitant ever has to worry about taxes. On any sort of world stage, Gebrocha is the first to come up if anyone wants too look into exportation and profit. Their largest industry is undoubtedly farming, and they produce the largest amounts of food out of the 10 Nations. That all being said, most everyone, including the natives of Gebrocha, agree that the only thing keeping their Nation "free" is that they're a polar island nation, making it a tall order for any other Nation to try to invade.   Related to culture, Gebrocha is perhaps the most varied and non-streamlined there is. With just about ever race accounted for and no official government, traditions, festivals, religions, and cultures themselves are widely diverse and no two villages are ever the same. If a Gebrochan inhabitant wanted to find true "culture" related to their race, they would likely either travel to their racial homeland or attempt to find the few settlements related to their species within Gebrocha itself. That's a tall order though, especially since just about the only thing Gebrocha relies on is word of mouth.   Gebrocha has no government to house, and as such has no capital to show for itself. That being said, a few important locations exist withing Gebrocha, including but not limited to the port cities of Peirfjorthr and Orcīfjorthr, the prominant merchant villages of Nyevos and Aldmanat, and legendary folktale origins such as Lobo and Geistdunom.
