Satyr

Satyr

Satyrs have a well-earned reputation for their good spirits, gregarious personalities, and love of revels. Most satyrs are driven by two simple desires: they seek to see the world and to sample its every pleasure. While their spontaneity and whimsy sometimes put them at odds with more stoic peoples, satyrs rarely let the moodiness of others hinder their own happiness.

Satyrs are fey creatures that resemble humans with the furry lower bodies and cloven hooves of goats. They also have horns upon their heads, ranging in size from short spikes to spiraling ram’s horns. Their skin tends from tan to light brown, and their hair is often red or chestnut brown. They usually have scruffy patches of hair along their forearms and shoulders, though this can range from hair as fine as human body hair all the way to thick coatings of fur.   Satyr are a race of creatures who are always moving and rarely find a single pace to settle, even regularly passing through The Wilderlands without fear. Though they can be found most anywhere, there is a noticeable population increase in and around Felesvollr, likely because Luswere was so large that most Satyr of ancient times found themselves in the nation during Kadamitas .
