Vekz Spluhr was an over-sized Sahuagin Baron that had been terrorizing Outding Refuge during their winter curse.
As you enter the dark and foreboding underwater cave, you catch sight of Vekz Spluhr. Towering over the other sahuagin, his fearsome visage sends chills down your spine. His grey-green skin and four arms mark him as a force to be reckoned with. You can't help but feel a sense of unease as you meet his piercing gaze.

Vekz is a large baron sahuagin with grey-green skin and four arms. He has a fearsome face with sharpened teeth, two sets of eyes and gills on the sides of his head. He wears a ragged cloak that is torn and stained and a patchwork of mismatched armor pieces that have been scavenged from his victims
