King Haldan Elendsa

Crowned in 636 TR, King Haldan II did little of note in his reign aside from ruling justly. The second Elendsa king, Haldan II was tutored by the extensive journals of his father. Movement towards traditional feudalism continued, although his reign saw a slight decline in the power of the barons. Haldan II rebuilt the royal government and the judiciary.
