Neeri Rineworth is a Avian Canary and the representative Congresswoman of The Northern Continent in The Kingdom of X-Planet High Parliament. Neeri is a deeply caring person and works tirelessly to help the less fortunate around her, using her position as the first in line to provide charity and relief to those less fortunate in The Kingdom, and in fact, ascending to said position based upon her tireless work in that field, earning her much popularity. She is the first to chime in with a empathetic stance to the problems the Kingdom faces, looking endlessly for ways to end their suffering. This however leads to some criticism by other politicians especially Edmund who see her as nothing more than a pie in the sky idealist, offering no real lasting solutions beyond keeping the impoverished depended on her charity.
