Book Spell

"We should hold here before heading out." Raga suggested crossing his arms and leaning on the wall.   "Good idea, we may come off as less suspicious that way." Najel said nodding to the others.   "Good thing I packed some food," Scruyo said plopping to the floor, "ein flenndt."   A picnic basket appeared in Scruyo's lap and Raga was impressed that the Humans was able to cast the spell using Dragonic.
The spell was created to safely store books and scrolls for later study or delivery but has expanded in practice to store various other objects. Since the objects go to the Void living creatures and people cannot be stored in this spell. Also, the caster must own what they are storing. If a caster is unsure if an item belongs to them they can always go see an Artificer.

Effect

Book spell is a basic Conjuration spell that changes the location of an object that belongs to a caster to the Void or from the Void to the location of the caster.

Side/Secondary Effects

If the spell is cast poorly or if the caster is not that focused on what they are trying to summon the item can be damaged to manageable or beyond repair.

Manifestation

The spell has a flash followed by the words as a nice way to show the object being moved.

Source

The spell is powered by a caster's own magic and casters have been known to faint to run out of magic if they cast this spell too many times in one setting because they cannot find that one item.

Discovery

This spell has been discovered by all of the races and many different groups all around the same time so no one person can say that they discovered the spell.
Material Components
The ability to cast magic is very important for this and any spell to work.
Gestures & Ritual
In order to store an item, the caster must either be holding the item or touching it. To summon it back they need to be holding their hand in a way so that they are holding or touching the item when it comes back.
