Achiel, Lady of the Forge (aykh-ee-el)

Achiel Forgeborn (a.k.a. Lady of the Forge)

Patron Deity of smiths and similar tradesman. Dwarves revere Achiel as the mother of modern metallurgy.
Achiel was born a Dwarf during the Age of Darkness, where she made allies of Aphelion and Liadon. Together they befriended or defeated the other Old Gods and granted the gift of fire that would stave off the darkness.
Achiel would go on to learn mastery of the forge alongside Ilios and the Fire Giants and she would retire alongside Tinos where together they would forge the very landscape itself, creating what eventually became to be known as The Blackshire Kingdom.
It is said Achiel and Tinos had fallen in love and wed, and eventually retired together from the world of Discordia. While her husband sleeps in a quiet rage, Achiel still lies awake, working tirelessly at her forge and guiding the dwarven people.
